How to access ICT help and support

If you have a problem or would like to request help or support for any ICT issues you may be facing, you can do any of the following:


1.  Send an email to helpdesk@fact.org.zw.

2.  Open a ticket on this website by visiting this link.

3.  When all else fails, call ICT Office at Mutare office on landline +26366015.


Your issue will be attended to at the earliest possible moment.  We look forward to hearing from you.
